Nikki Fleeman

Founder & Chief Executive Officer | Housing Advocate

Nikki brings experience supporting individuals experiencing homelessness through work with Volunteers of America, along with two years providing CalAIM Housing Transition Navigation, Housing Tenancy and Sustaining Services, and Housing Deposits support. A dedicated advocate, Nikki works to help individuals and families navigate complex systems, challenge inequities, and access the resources and opportunities needed for lasting housing stability.

Housing Navigator & Advocate

Marlone brings experience in housing services and a commitment to helping individuals and families navigate barriers to stable housing. His work focuses on practical housing navigation, tenancy-sustaining support, and connecting people with available housing resources.
