Free Community Housing Assistance Pilot
A practical way to help, one household at a time
Central Coast Advocacy LLC is developing a small, independent community housing assistance pilot. Our goal is to offer free, individualized help to selected individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability, as staffing and capacity allow.
What assistance may include
- Housing searches and application support
- Organizing housing-related paperwork
- Communication support with landlords or property managers
- Basic housing stability planning and tenancy education
- Referrals to existing community and deposit assistance resources
How to express interest
Contact us by email with your name, a safe way to reach you, and a brief general description of the help you are seeking. Please do not include medical records, Social Security numbers, financial documents, or other sensitive personal information in your first email.
The pilot is in development. Inquiries do not guarantee acceptance, services, housing placement, or funding. Assistance is independent of Medi-Cal Community Supports authorizations. We are not currently a contracted CenCal Health Community Supports provider.

Community organizations and property managers interested in exploring a referral relationship can reach out to discuss pilot capacity and appropriate referral procedures. Please do not send identifiable client information without a secure, authorized process.
